Finished: Dry, 13% Alcohol
Taste: Fresh Citrus, pear/lemon/peach; hints of cinimmon and spice; excellent texture; Clean, crisp finish. Excellent balance
Serve At: 46-55 degrees; breath 5 minutes
Serve With: Seafood, shellfish, chicken; salads; goat cheese, soft to medium bodied cheeses
  Arlequin Wine 2004 Syrah
Cuvee: Syrah 80%, 2 lots Mendocino County; (10-15 year old vines)
Balance: Petite Sirah, 2 lots Mendocino County (15 year old vines, 45 year old vines) Grenache, 1 lot eastern Mendocino hillside (12 year old vines) Carignan 1 lot central Mendocino (50 year old vines)
Finished: Dry, 13.5% Alcohol
Taste: Full flavored, but not a heavy, juicy style; blackberry, raspberry, boysenberry fruit: soft earth; exceptional mineral structure ~ very complex in finish; excellent balance and lenght; currant quality in back half of palate; hint of anise through Finish
Breathe: 30 minutes
Serve With: Red and white meats ~ roasted, grilled; game; game birds; stews; grilled veggies; aged medium to hard cheeses (Gyurere, aged Gouda are excellent choices)

Cuvee: Syrah 100%; Mendocino
Finished: Dry, 13.5% Alcohol
Taste: Bright cherry/strawberry/raspberry fruit, with whispers of plum and pomegranate; delicate herb notes; long dry focus, holds the palate long into the Finish
Serve At: 50-58 degrees; breath 5-10 minutes
Serve With: Chicken, ham, pork, tuna; medium bodied drier cheeses; salads
